I posted here about visits to Reddish Vale Country Park. We’ve made a couple more visits since my last post and the following pics are from those visits.
Where is it?
It’s in the Tame Valley, close to Reddish in Greater Manchester, and is managed by Stockport Council. Read more here.
What is there to see?
It’s a lovely place for a decent walk and where you’re sure to see lots of wildlife, from the kingfishers darting across the pond, the squirrels that are just about everywhere, to the numerous species of birds. On our recent visits, we spotted a heron catching and eating a frog and a couple of kingfishers.
