This cake is really something of a modern classic now.

It really is a cake that looks great and will always get compliments. When it’s done well even the simplest of ‘waterfall’ cakes will have something of a ‘wow factor’.

This particular cake was one I made for my sons birthday.   Once you have grasped the way to do it you can apply the approach/technique to any number of ideas  – the only limit being your own imagination.
